Welcome to Verity Africa. By accessing or using the Verity website, web application, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Verity

Verity Africa provides local assistance and execution services in selected cities in Nigeria, initially Lagos and Abuja.

Our services may include family welfare checks, property inspections, contractor supervision, hospital liaison, education support, travel and logistics assistance, and special requests/personal assistance.

2. Service Requests

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Verity may review a request before confirming that it can be fulfilled.

Some requests may require additional information, documentation, payment, or confirmation before execution.

3. Service Areas

Verity currently operates in selected locations within Lagos and Abuja. Availability may vary depending on the location, nature of the request, safety considerations, operating conditions, and availability of appropriate representatives.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access instructions, contact details, and any documents or permissions reasonably required to complete a request.

Customers must not use Verity services for unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, or abusive purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain tasks may require the use of third-party providers, transportation services, facilities, professionals, or other external parties.

Where applicable, Verity may coordinate with such providers to facilitate a customer's request. Their services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

6. Service Execution

Verity will make reasonable efforts to complete accepted requests professionally and within the agreed scope.

Circumstances outside Verity's reasonable control may affect timing or completion, including traffic, weather, public emergencies, security conditions, changes by third parties, facility restrictions, or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

7. Payments

Customers agree to pay the applicable Verity service fee and any separately disclosed third-party or task-related costs before or during service execution where required.

All applicable charges will be communicated before payment.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by Verity's Refund Policy.

9. Reports and Evidence

Where a service includes photographs, videos, documents, observations, or other evidence, these materials are provided based on what the Verity representative was reasonably able to observe, obtain, or verify during the assignment.

Verity does not guarantee outcomes controlled by third parties.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with Verity's Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Verity will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, Verity is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, damage, or outcomes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Verity may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this website with the relevant effective date.
