What cities does Verity currently operate in?
Verity currently operates in selected locations within Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria. Additional cities will be introduced as we expand.
How do I submit a request?
Sign in to your Verity account, browse our services, select the one you need, and complete the request form. For tasks that do not fit a standard service, use the Special Request option.
How does pricing work?
Each service has a transparent base price. Urgent (+50%) and Express (+100%) priority options are available for faster execution. Special Requests are quoted individually after our team reviews the details.
When do I pay?
For standard services, payment is processed securely at the time of submission via Flutterwave. For Special Requests, payment is requested only after you review and approve the quoted price.
What evidence do I receive after a task?
Depending on the service, you may receive photographs, videos, documents, or written observations from your Verity representative, providing verified proof of execution.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you cancel before a representative has been assigned, you may be eligible for a full refund.
What if Verity cannot complete my request?
If Verity cannot reasonably complete an accepted request for reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the stage of execution.
